We take no commission from landlords or estate agents. You only pay for our service.

- Official fees, for example €10 to €50 for a temporary residence permit

- Rent, deposit and notary fees for the rental contract
- Lawyers' fees, which you pay directly to the law firm
- Travel costs
What we do not do
In Kosovo, only licensed lawyers may give legal advice and represent clients before the authorities. We therefore do not assess individual legal questions, do not draft contracts and do not represent you before the authorities. If you need legal help, we name licensed law firms. You instruct and pay them directly, and we receive no commission.
Payment
Before any costs arise, you receive our fixed-price quote by email. Only once you agree do we send you the payment details. You pay by bank transfer. All prices are final prices.
